Designed in collaboration with Scotiabank, this 3-week course is the gateway to a career in sales or service, and participants will be guaranteed an interview for a Customer Care Advisor role upon completion.

Course Details

Course Outline:

  • 5-6 hours per day of live technical training
  • 4-5 hours per week of self-guided learning
  • Interview with Scotiabank for a Customer Care Advisor role. If hired, participant(s) will initiate their in-person, paid technical training with Scotiabank.

What you'll learn:

  • Develop sales, customer service and support skills
  • Hone critical soft skills
  • Enhance digital literacy skills
  • Learn how to use MS Office, Google Workspace, and Video conferencing tools
