This course teaches participants how to discover ways to use the Tableau platform to analyze data that’ll inform business decisions. This data analytics course will focus on more advanced business problem-solving through data analysis, visualization, and business communication. Upon completion, you can confidently take on roles as a dat or business analyst.

Course Details

Course Outline:

  • 10 weeks of online training
    • 1 hour per day of live learning in the morning/afternoon
    • 4-5 hours per week of assignments self-learning
  • Up to 2 hours per week of live success program session
  • Participant showcase on the last week of the program where participants will present the project they completed in the course to a panel of industry experts and potential hiring managers

What you'll learn:

  • Critically evaluate strategic priorities to support the implementation of dashboards and increase the level of data-driven decision-making in an organization.
  • Perform diagnostic analysis to create and interpret prescriptive models to influence future organizational requirements.
  • Evidence of the capability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Recognize and address the ethical and social issues of applying data analytics techniques in specific organizational contexts.
  • Critically reflect on and justify the approach taken to create a predictive model and dashboard.
